Training of Trainer (ToT) on Forestry Services

DoFPS TrainingA total of 17 officials from the Department of Forests and Park Services were provided Training of Trainers (TOT) training on forestry services from 24th November till 25th November, 2011. The TOT included training on live integration of new procedures for the newly introduced online forestry services developed by the G2C Project Office as well as presentation on the new rules and procedure and service delivery timeline to be followed by the field officials.

    Five officials from the G2C Project Office underwent 80 hours training on Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification conducted by Guthrie-Jensen Consultancy firm, Manila, Philippines from 26th September – 7th October, 2011. Lean Six Sigma is today‘s leading technique to maximize production efficiency and maintain control over each step in the managerial process.
